Essential Massage Modalities
All Massages are included in our massage plans and stand alone appointments
Light to Medium Touch
Swedish massage is often considered a more relaxing subtle massage. Light to medium pressure is used to gently release stored energy in the body. This is a slow paced modality focusing on broad long strokes on the arms, legs and back. the slow movements create a connection from the mind to the body allowing you to meditate and focus on your breathing.
Light to Medium Touch
Myofascial release applies sustained pressure to areas of concentration. Myofascial tissue is known to be the thin layer of tissue surrounding muscles throughout the body. The sustained pressure on the area causes the tissue to become warm and slowly dissolve built up lactic acids that may hinder muscle contraction.
Medium To Heavy pressure
Deep Tissue applies firm to heavy pressure to the body to remove tension for muscles and joints. Depending on the clients level of fitness this massage may be painful for some clients. In order to best serve you, we ask that you communicate with your therapist prior to booking this treatment.
Aromatherapy is Optional for all massages upon communication with your therapist.
